About the Role
As the key point of contact for residents, you will:
Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
This role may suit someone with experience in the care or retail industry, but above all, we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong drive to make a positive difference.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
