A leading contractor in social housing is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer for a Kitchen and Bathroom project in Birmingham. The role involves managing resident relationships, booking appointments, and handling complaints efficiently. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer and excellent communication skills. This position offers an hourly rate of £19.05 for office hours from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on maintenance projects as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for 6-12 months.
• Must have a driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role: Resident Liaison Officer

Location: Birmingham / Stourbridge

Pay: £19.05 per hour umbrella

Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector, operating on our Kitchen and Bathroom project in Birmingham. You will be a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients. You will be working on a Kitchen and Bathroom project so knowledge of this will be useful.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking appointments and managing schedules.
• Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
• Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on maintenance projects as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential. 6-12 months
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
