Responsibilities

• Consulting and supporting residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes.
• Identifying vulnerable tenants and their accommodation needs.
• Managing resident data in compliance with GDPR policies.
• Developing effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Carrying out individual resident inductions and assessments.
• Agreeing access arrangements with residents for work appointments.
