Job summary

A leading care provider in Belfast is seeking a team member to support residents in daily living activities. The role includes offering personal, social, and domestic care in line with individual support plans. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with older individuals and possess QCF Level 2 or be willing to obtain it. This permanent position requires working 36 hours weekly, structured around three 12-hour shifts with a salary of £23,802.48.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience working with older people in a residential or community setting.
• QCF Level 2 or equivalent, or willing to obtain if successful.
• Ability to communicate well at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality, safe service per individual support plans.
• Undertake the role of Keyworker and compile care plans.
• Encourage resident independence while respecting personal choices.
