EF Oxford International Language Campus is seeking an empathetic, organised and proactive Residence Coordinator for summer 2026.

Full‑time

6 days a week

Fixed‑term contract between June 22nd – August 21st 2026

Responsibilities
  • Ensures the smooth running of the studentresidences
  • Toensure the residences provide a comfortable and safe living environment
  • Toprovidethe highest level ofcustomer service at all times
  • Tohelp maintain ‘one team’, where the different departments liaise and interact effectively and efficiently
  • Allocatesnew bookings to residential accommodationon internal allocation system
  • Sendscorrect residence information to sales offices in timely manner
  • Assists customers with residence queries, ensuring prompt follow up and excellent customer service
  • Liaises with external suppliers where cleaning/maintenance issues are reported
  • Completesweekly occupancy statistics
  • Ensures allocationinformationis accurate and sent on time
  • Preparesarrival & departure documentsand provides keys for all arrivals
  • Follows up any disciplinary issuestogether with the Residence Managerand ensures sanctions are applied in line with EF’sresidence rules and regulations
  • Liaises with welfare team regarding any issues reported for residential students
  • Assists with the training and supervision of Residence Advisors
  • Participates in student intakesand first week chats
  • Shares emergency duty on a rota basis
Requirements
  • Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally working with young people and strong emotional intelligence
  • You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment
  • In terms of mindset, we all have a ‘going above and beyond, never settling for the status quo’ mentality
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
