A leading media company in the UK is seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance throughout the contracting process. The ideal candidate will have excellent contract writing skills and experience with JCT and NEC contracts. This fulltime position requires an Associate's degree and relevant contract experience, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to procedures. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
JOB SUMMARY
Assists Contracts Administrators and other Legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the Contracts Policies and Procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurements, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations.
