Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Team Leader to join our team in South London.

We’re looking for a leader to manage a high performing front line operational team and demonstrate value for money. You’ll ensure all activities are undertaken safely while adhering to all Clarion Housing Group policies and procedures and work to embed a customer focused approach to all areas of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Be site based to supervise and monitor the work of a team of Trade Operatives to make sure they achieve defined objectives and standards, providing guidance on best practice and relevant procedures.
• Ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe way whilst adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
• Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs, tasks and activities for a specific trade or closely related trades in accordance with defined requirements and time frames.
• Demonstrate leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and embed a customer focused approach to all areas of the service.
