Our client is expanding its support in the social housing sector, with a focus on roofing repairs. We(float)’re looking for a proactive Repairs Coordinator to manage contractors we provide for various emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule contractors
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and client to arrange works.
  • Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Maintain accurate records using repair / job management systems.
  • Prioritise urgent works and monitor contractor performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in scheduling / coordination. Minimum 1 years experience is a must
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
