As a Repairs Manager, you will be :

• Taking operational control of the repairs team, ensuring the effective delivery of the responsive repairs service.
• Overseeing damp and mould cases, disrepair, and more complex repairs through to successful resolution.
• Assisting with the delivery of void works across the housing stock.
• Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Managing and monitoring budgets of up to £4 million, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
• Effectively managing sub‑contractors and in‑house teams to ensure all works are completed to agreed standards and timescales.
• Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

A proven track record of service improvement and team leadership.

A sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.

The ability to lead and motivate a multi‑disciplined workforce.
