Qualifications

• GMC licence to practice is essential.
• Previous nephrology experience at registrar/resident grade.
• Eligible to work in the UK and previous substantive NHS post.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the running of the renal and transplant services.
• Perform renal biopsies and provide vascular access.
• Participate in education sessions and clinical research projects.

Skills

Effective administrative and time-management skills

Teaching and training experience

Good spoken and written English

Ability to insert vascular access catheters

Experience of audit and quality improvement

Education

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification

MRCP (UK) or equivalent

Advanced Life Support certificate
