A leading healthcare organization in Wales is seeking a Band 7 Renal Services PFI Coordinator to oversee PFI contracts for the Dialysis Service. The successful candidate will manage service delivery, monitor performance, and support improvements. With a focus on patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, this role demands a Registered Nurse with significant managerial experience. Applicants are encouraged from Welsh speakers. Competitive salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum, pro rata.
This post is fixed term for 12 months due to the needs of the service until the 04/01/2027
As a Band 7 Renal Services PFI Coordinator the role will oversee and ensure the effective management of the PFI contracts across the Renal Dialysis Service.
The post holder will work closely with the Renal Matron and is expected to monitor performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
