Job summary

A global consultancy firm is seeking an SOC Analyst to work in a flexible environment, which can be predominantly remote. The ideal candidate must possess active SC clearance and will be responsible for providing protective monitoring services across various secure customers. Key skills required include experience with SIEM technologies and a certification in Security Operations. Qualifications

  • Active SC clearance is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Protective Monitoring Services for Secure Customers.
  • Monitor daily using various SIEM tools.
  • Conduct security analytics, incident investigation, triage, and escalation.
  • Engage in threat monitoring and response.
  • Report trends and improve service.
  • Collaborate with SOC engineers and Service Managers.

Skills

Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate Certification (SC200)
Experience with SIEM technologies and security tooling
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Networking
Understanding of vulnerability and threat management
Understanding of the incident response lifecycle
Ability to work in a close team and independently
Adaptability to high-pace changeable workload
Interest in security and threat management
