• Deep expertise in SQL Server Infrastructure & Administration.
• Strong experience with HA/DR solutions (Availability Groups, Clustering).
• Proficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Administer, secure, and upgrade SQL Server environments.
• Expert-level tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Implement and manage Always On, Clustering, and Log Shipping.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to client teams.
• Utilize PowerShell and T-SQL to refine processes.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rota.
