• Support the MLRO in maintaining the financial crime framework across AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud.
• Act as a 2LOD escalation point for complex financial crime queries.
• Conduct risk-based thematic reviews and drive practical control improvements.

Skills

Experience in a financial crime or compliance role

Strong knowledge of UK AML / CTF regulations

Confidence in providing constructive challenge

Experience with SARs and/or STORs
