Job summary

A leading special education provider in England is seeking a Recruiter to manage recruitment campaigns effectively. This role is primarily home-based but requires travel to the head office 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for the education and care of children with special educational needs, has at least 6 months of recruitment experience, and demonstrates strong relationship building skills. A rewarding salary of up to £26,000 along with generous benefits including extensive holiday allowance is offered.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or agency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to on-boarding.
  • Directly source talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build talent pipelines in alignment with growth demands.
  • Promote the employer brand and social media presence.
