Job Title: Remote PPC Support Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 1,800 USD/month via Wise

Schedule: Monday - Friday, preferred to work most hours during standard U.S. workday but has some flexibility

Job Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in the self storage industry. Their mission is to take the guesswork out of marketing for self-storage businesses across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. They do this through clear data, radical transparency, and an obsessive focus on ROI. A major part of that strategy is paid search (PPC) – driving high-quality leads and online rentals through optimized Google Ads campaigns.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven PPC Support Specialist to join their digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll be managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for self-storage facilities, helping them increase visibility, drive online rentals, and maximize return on ad spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (primarily Search with tactical use of Performance Max) for self-storage businesses.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals (ROAS, cost per rental, CTR, CPC).
  • Use Google Sheets and Excel to analyze campaign data with formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • Provide actionable insights from our reports and your own analysis to improve campaign performance and empower our marketing managers to communicate effectively with our client-partners.
  • Stay up to date on PPC best practices and Google Ads platform changes.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
  • Google Ads Certification(s) is a plus.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with self-storage or local service-based clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
