Qualifications

• Expert understanding of onboarding processes, ideally in SaaS/proptech.
• Overview knowledge of estate and letting agency operations.
• Understanding of data migration and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process including training and data migration.
• Own client relationships during their crucial first weeks.
• Deliver against KPIs.
• Onboard professional services for acquisitions and portfolio transfers.
• Help clients use agentOS effectively to grow their business.

Skills

Expert understanding of onboarding processes (ideally in SaaS/proptech)

Overview knowledge of estate and letting agency operations

Understanding of data migration and system integrations

Ability to quickly learn complex software platforms
