Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Cisco switching, Aruba, MPLS networks, and VPNs.
• Ensure smooth operation of LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
• Utilize SolarWinds NPM/NTA and Cisco Prime for monitoring.
• Respond to network-related incidents and implement solutions.
• Work with firewalls to maintain security posture.
• Follow best practices for network changes.
