Job summary

A global real estate services firm is seeking a National HSE Manager for a remote role predominantly based in Cheshire, UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly related to construction and project delivery. Responsibilities include providing professional support, managing compliance, and ensuring the implementation of HSE policies across multiple projects. A strong educational background with NEBOSH and IEMA qualifications is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Member of IOSH or equivalent (working towards Chartered status).
• Accident/Incident investigation trained (root cause analysis).
• Good communication skills with experience in Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to projects/engineering with understanding of CDM2015.
• Manage environmental aspects and impact registers.
• Conduct site safety audits ensuring compliance with H&S standards.
