Qualifications

• Ability to lead significant organisational change and manage resistance.
• Strong understanding of programme management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a transformation programme.
• Partner with HR to manage organisational design and culture change.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop business cases and track financial benefits with Finance.
• Monitor development of change management strategies for adoption.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks ensuring successful delivery.
