Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Logging, monitoring and escalating of incidents & service requests.
• Maintaining Incident and Service Requests, logging and diagnosing ICT issues.
• Resolving basic incidents and service requests at first point of contact.
• Escalating calls to second and third line support when required.
