Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Paid Social, particularly Meta, with TikTok experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Strong sense of high-performing content and creative.

Responsibilities

• Driving audience and revenue growth across sports content and affiliate brands.
• Owning paid social strategy and optimisation supported by large monthly budgets.
• Growing affiliate revenue through performance-driven paid activity.
• Working with creative teams on concepts, briefs, copy and ad direction.
• Analysing performance across social, email and web to identify what works.
