We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with at least 5 years’ experience running performance-driven campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands in the UK, USA, Canada, or Australia. The ideal candidate will be a data-led strategist and an execution expert—comfortable creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid search campaigns across multiple Shopify-based e-commerce brands.

You will own full-funnel paid search marketing across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, while collaborating closely with brand, design, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end Google Ads strategy for multiple Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands across various verticals and regions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage diverse campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube, tailored to specific brand audiences and objectives.
  • Targeting: Identify and target high-value customer segments using structured, data-informed approaches.
Optimization & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Continuously test ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Implement advanced strategies such as audience segmentation, Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), and predictive bidding models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with creative and product teams to ensure ad assets align seamlessly with campaign goals.
  • Provide strategic input on landing page requirements and collaborate with CRO and UX teams for conversion enhancements.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends, advising the team on best practices and new growth opportunities.
  • Explore and implement automation, scripts, and AI tools to streamline account management and improve performance.
Analytics & Budget Management
  • Utilize GA4 and Shopify data to evaluate user behavior and integrate insights into campaign decisions.
  • Forecast, allocate, and manage monthly budgets across multiple accounts and regions.
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly reporting dashboards and insights.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads account management, specifically for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in ROAS, CPA, and overall profitability.
  • Experience managing international Google Ads campaigns (UK, USA, Canada, Australia preferred).
  • Deep understanding of all Google Ads formats: Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and Shopify Analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of keyword research tools, competitor analysis, and campaign planning platforms.
  • Google Ads Certification strongly preferred.
