Qualifications

• Current knowledge of commercial truck or tyres desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, B2B preferred.
• Current UK Valid Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tyres at nominated user sites to ensure service standards.
• Inform stakeholders of required remedial work plans.
• Prioritize time to meet monthly tyre inspection KPI targets.
• Engage all stakeholders to deliver first-class customer service.
• Monitor product performance to maximize tyre life.
