Qualifications

  • Experience in EMS, CEM, or similar fields is essential.
  • A track record of technical sales in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new OEM customers across various verticals.
  • Expand revenue through house accounts with an Account Manager.
  • Build and prioritize a territory development plan.
  • Lead commercial and technical conversations with stakeholders.
  • Manage sales cycles ranging from 6 to 9 months.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer onboarding.

Skills

Knowledge of PCBA and electronics manufacturing processes
Ability to read BOMs
Confidence dealing with procurement and engineering
Long-cycle consultative sales skills
Self-motivated and committed to territory ownership
