Job summary

A growing global micromobility company is hiring an Employment Counsel for the EMEA region. This remote role requires 5+ years of employment law experience, particularly in EMEA jurisdictions, and a qualified solicitor in England & Wales. You'll partner with HR and other leaders on employment law matters, manage disputes, and draft contracts. Strong communication skills and expertise in labor investigations are essential. Candidates should be fluent in English with a second language preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment law experience in EMEA jurisdiction.
• Experience managing complex cross-border employment issues.
• Prior in-house experience at a high-growth, global technology company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal partner for HR on employment law matters.
• Manage employment-related disputes and audits.
• Advise on complex employment issues.
• Develop scalable policies and processes to manage outside counsel.
• Draft and review employment contracts and agreements.
• Monitor new legislation across EMEA.
