The role
  • Deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care, maintaining the existing client‑focused ethos.
  • Manage your own files with plenty of support.

As the successful Court of Protection Solicitor, you will
  • Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity.
  • Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work, particularly COP files.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law.

Those able to supervise and/or sit on the Mental Capacity (welfare) Panel are desirable but not essential.
