Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive authorized to practice in England and Wales.
• Strong recent experience managing own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers.
• Carry out all legal work including title checks, contract drafting, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Provide clear, client-focused legal advice at each stage of the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Use a digital case management system and contribute to process improvements.

Role Summary

We’re hiring a qualified residential conveyancer to join a fully remote team. You’ll handle a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a digital platform and collaborative colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full residential property caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers
• Carry out all legal work including title checks, contract drafting, raising and reviewing enquiries and liaising with all stakeholders
• Provide clear, client focused legal advice at each stage of the transaction
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk requirements
• Use a digital case management system and contribute to process improvements across the team

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (must be authorised to practise in England and Wales)
• Strong recent experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient with modern case management systems and tech driven workflows
