Job summary

A national specialist legal services company is seeking a Home Based Phone Sales Consultant to engage with existing clients, reviewing their legal arrangements and advising them accordingly. The successful candidate will conduct 3-4 client calls daily during daytime hours, receive comprehensive training, and be part of a rapidly expanding firm. Strong customer service and rapport-building skills are essential, alongside the ability to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or phone-based roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to review existing client arrangements.
• Provide advice based on clients’ current plans.
• Schedule daytime appointments between 9am and 5pm.

Simpler Law Limited is looking for further additions to our well established, existing Client Team as a full time employed Home Based Phone Sales Consultant.

Your Job

Your day is prearranged for you to speak to 3-4 of our existing clients per day, to review their existing arrangements, to ensure it is still the best plan for them and advise accordingly via phone or zoom. These calls are daytime appointments only, arranged between 9am and 5pm. Full product training provided at our head office in Lincoln.

We are a national specialist legal services company, dealing with Wills, trusts, conveyancing and probate. We receive between 120-150 new referrals per day from all over the UK, from various sources, including introducers, advertising and existing clients and are a rapidly expanding company.
