A national specialist legal services company is seeking a Home Based Phone Sales Consultant. You will handle calls with existing clients to review their arrangements between 9am and 5pm, ensuring they have the best plans in place. The position requires strong customer service and rapport-building skills, along with administrative abilities. Full product training will be provided. This is a full-time role offering a chance to work remotely while engaging with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to handle phone and video calls with clients.
• Experience in a sales or advisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Simpler Law Limited is looking for further additions to our well established, existing Client Team as a full time employed Home Based Phone Sales Consultant.

Your Job

Your day is prearranged for you to speak to 3-4 of our existing clients per day, to review their existing arrangements, to ensure it is still the best plan for them and advise accordingly via phone or zoom. These calls are daytime appointments only, arranged between 9am and 5pm. Full product training provided at our head office in Lincoln.

We are a national specialist legal services company, dealing with Wills, trusts, conveyancing and probate. We receive between 120-150 new referrals per day from all over the UK, from various sources, including introducers, advertising and existing clients and are a rapidly expanding company.
