Qualifications

  • Experience in apprenticeship sales or employer engagement.
  • Proven track record in new business development.

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new apprenticeship opportunities in Health & Social Care.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Engage employers and present apprenticeship solutions.
  • Maintain and grow employer accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Attend regional networking events and employer meetings.
