Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Experience in administering COBRA and interacting with carriers.
  • Ability to manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, etc.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and claims questions.
  • Maintain benefits records and ensure payroll deductions are correct.
  • Verify monthly insurance billing and track premiums.
  • Administer COBRA and coordinate with carrier representatives.
