Qualifications

  • At least one year of payroll experience.
  • Experience managing Belgium payroll is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in a shared service or international environment.
  • Worked with vendors or third parties to process payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day payroll administration on in-house managed service and outsourced platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with local policy and operating in line with company guidelines.
  • Execute statutory reporting and payments including statistics and year-end.
  • Work with external vendors for payroll activities.
