• Experience in an EPAO, awarding body, or qualification development environment.
• Strong understanding of assessment and qualification design.
• Proven project management skills (APM-PMQ, PRINCE2 desirable).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with Ofqual conditions and EPAO requirements.
• Manage timelines and budgets for qualification development projects.
• Produce key documentation for assessments and centres.
• Review product performance using data insights.
