Overview

We are looking for a warm, confident and flexible Relief Support Worker to work part time providing personalised support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behavior. You will be working in a respite service in Runcorn, Cheshire ensuring that users are comfortable, happy and enjoy their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised support to service users with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour in a respite setting in Runcorn, Cheshire.
  • Ensure users are comfortable, happy and enjoy their stay while receiving appropriate support.
Qualifications and training
  • Experience working with people with complex health needs; experience working with people with a learning disability is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Full training is provided, with the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
