We are now recruiting for Relief Support Practitioners to join our established teams in Dundee.

As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will support people with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities. You will assist people with planning for their future and prevent the effects of social isolation and loneliness in their lives.

We adopt a person-centered approach to working with individuals who require support for a variety of reasons including Mental Health issues, Autism, Physical & Learning Disabilities. The role involves support with day-to-day living such as personal care, medication support, and cleaning, as well as social support such as outings in the local community, attending groups, and helping people achieve their dreams.

While experience is welcome, full training is provided. The essential qualities include honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion.

This role offers flexibility to choose shifts around other commitments. We ask that you complete your training (both classroom and online) and work with us regularly.

We especially welcome applications from those interested in waking night shifts.
