Overview

We're seeking calm, resourceful Relief Support Workers who are highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to support older people in a proactive and holistic way. Your skills in positive communication and engagement, along with your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users, will be essential for our service in Brent, London.

You will support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks as part of a holistic approach to well‑being.
  • Assist individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
  • Support individuals to maintain their wellbeing and achieve personal goals.
