We are looking for a Release Support Officer to join Serco at HMP Dovegate. This role is central to resettlement and pre-release planning, ensuring individuals leaving custody have the essentials they need to begin their next chapter. You will work closely with prison staff, external agencies and the Department for Work and Pensions to provide practical support and guidance on the day of release.

Your work will make a direct difference - from helping someone set up their benefits claim, to ensuring they leave with clothing, food and information about where to access further support. It is a varied and active role where no two days are the same.
