Overview

Our Distribution team are currently recruiting for a Relationship Support Consultant Manager. This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to own and shape the direction whilst leading a team of Relationship Support Consultants and work to deliver the Distribution strategy. You will have a focus on broadening and deepening our reach across the UK financial adviser channel and ensuring Royal London is recognised as having market leading propositions.

Responsibilities
  • Support advisers and the wider distribution team with technical and sales queries to ensure we maximise relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Support the team to deliver best outcomes for the advisers and customers
  • Ensure all adviser interactions are delivered within the quality standards set out
  • Manage demand and ensure productivity and efficiency levels are met
  • Ensure teams act within the Risk/Control framework and environment set out
  • Support business development by driving prospect and pipeline activity through the team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading and engaging people in direct or indirect customer facing teams is highly desirable
  • Excellent understanding of adviser and end customers
  • Experience in managing change and a changing environment
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of adviser technology used including back-office systems, best advice tools, portals, research systems
  • Proven relationship building and influencing skills demonstrated through stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
