Relationship Manager - Invoice Finance - South East

Our client, a leading provider of financial services to UK businesses, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their Invoice Finance team in the South East.

This home-based role reports to a regional office in Essex and involves managing a portfolio of clients through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information, and ensuring compliance with client operating conditions.

You will be responsible for managing risk effectively while delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review documentation to understand clients' risk profiles and fulfill operating conditions.
  • Identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client.
  • Proactively manage client relationships.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain a network of business connections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage risk and provide excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client portfolios and risk management within financial services. They should be self-motivated, well-organized, and familiar with CRM and risk management systems. A full driving license is required.
