A water utility provider in Leeds is looking for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to join its Strategy & Regulation team. You will manage and deliver regulatory projects, ensuring alignment with law and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has a strong history of project lifecycle management, strategic thinking, and effective resource management. Expanding opportunities in a growing regulatory environment entail a focus on delivering high-quality customer services while supporting sustainability.
West Yorkshire – Hybrid working with one to two working days in the office in Bradford BD6. (Summer 2026 we are relocating to Leeds.)

This role will be accountable for planning and managing the delivery of regulatory and legislative projects. Having a good awareness of the regulatory and legislative framework generally, and the ability to understand the relevant part of the framework or the law specifically to be able to articulate the purpose to others and secure a successful outcome. The Regulatory Project Manager may also take the technical lead or become the subject matter expert on activities to implement or embed new regulatory concepts.
