Overview

Tremendous opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join this high calibre practice and work for a boutique practice that is a sector leader and deals with an exceptional client base. The practice is seeking an NQ Solicitor to work alongside a Legal 500 listed Partner. You will be handling a mixed caseload and be open to dealing with various regulatory and public inquiries, with strong progression prospects and a modern working pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning and environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods, and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.
  • Advise and represent commercial clients, including FTSE 100/250 clients.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the firm’s reputation and client service standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal work.
Qualifications
  • Newly Qualified Solicitor.
  • Experience of dealing with regulatory work during your training contract or as a paralegal is advantageous.
  • Interest in regulatory and public inquiry work, with the ability to handle diverse matters in a boutique practice environment.
