Regulatory Compliance Manager - Hybrid Working

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join a growing, highly regulated organisation in the betting and gaming sector. The role involves overseeing multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements, supporting teams across the business, and acting as a key point of contact for regulators. You'll lead and develop a small compliance team, provide practical advice, manage policies and controls, and support new projects and regulatory reporting.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Maintaining and updating regulatory policies and procedures
  • Providing clear compliance advice across the business
  • Leading and supporting the compliance team
  • Monitoring and testing compliance controls
  • Managing action plans from compliance reviews
  • Supporting licensing, reporting, and regulator engagement
  • Delivering compliance input into new projects and initiatives
  • Overseeing annual compliance training
