Led by our experienced Branch Partner —who holds a certificate in Small Animal Surgery—you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team of 3 vets, a soon-to-qualify student nurse, skilled VCAs, and fantastic Client Care Assistant, and dedicated Practice Manager. They pride themselves on open communication, teamwork, and creating a positive, encouraging workplace where everyone can thrive.

The Practice

They are lucky to have the facilities and freedom to work up cases thoroughly, with a well-equipped practice featuring:

What’s in it for you?

They love to support their nurses to develop and grow. You'll have opportunities to lead nurse consults, build your consulting skills, and even take part in bespoke nutritional ambassador programme. You’ll also enjoy:

  • 4-day working week with fixed day off and 1:6 weekends
  • Health cash plan from day one (dental, optical, physio, private GP)
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 6 weeks with service)
  • An extra ‘Day for You’—a paid day to spend however you wish
  • Funded CPD (£750 & 2 days’ paid leave) plus internal CPD and Clinical Communities
  • Funded certificate opportunities
  • VDS and RCVS fees paid
  • Interest-free season ticket loan & Cycle to Work scheme
