The successful candidate will join our experienced multidisciplinary team of skilled and motivated staff in our 24-bedded inpatient community ward. We deliver quality services for patients requiring generic rehabilitation for older persons, frailty, subacute and discharge to assess pathways. This opportunity provides a holistic view of community services and knowledge of the full range of health and social services available for patients, both within hospital and in the community, to help patients stay in their preferred discharge destinations safely.

An opportunity for leadership and clinical supervision is provided to all ward staff, enabling the maintenance of professional standards within NMC guidelines to provide a high standard of patient care. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Doctors, ANPs, Therapists, Nursing staff, Pharmacists, and support workers to provide high quality care to patients on our ward.
