A leading care provider in the North East is seeking a Children’s Registered Service Manager to oversee the operation of a secure home for young people aged 12-17. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the welfare, safety, and security of the children in care. Candidates should have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management and at least 3 years' experience in children’s residential homes. Location : Newton Aycliffe, Durham
Salary : £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + bonus
Contract : Full time, permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Service Manager to lead in a pioneering role under the new Multi-Building Registration Ofsted Policy Guidance. Hold overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Children’s Home and be accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional & social development.
