Position: REGISTERED NURSES - RMN / RNLD

Location: BLACKBURN

Salary: £40K - £44K PER ANNUM - NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Hours: 38.5 HOURS / WEEK - DAYS OR NIGHTS - 4 SHIFTS WK 1, 3 SHIFTS WK 2

PSR Healthcare Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a specialist CAMHs & Young Persons Mental Health Step Down Service in the Blackburn area. Our exclusive client are looking to add talented RMN and RNLD nurses to their organisation, due to the launch of brand new services.

The nurses work closely with the young people who use their services, their families, carers and external professionals. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving group of services near Blackburn with "Good" CQC Ratings in all areas.

Reporting to the Registered Manager you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of care.

Job Requirements
  • Positively supporting the Registered Manager in providing care to the young people
  • Demonstrating clinical leadership, creating a positive and inclusive culture, treating everyone with compassion and respect, embedding the organisations values
  • Overseeing Support Workers / Student Nurses
  • Working in partnership with patients and their families and carers
  • Contributing to continuous quality improvements and ensuring patient safety and safeguarding
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and standards
Skills / Qualifications
  • RMN or RNLD Qualified with valid NMC PIN
  • Sound knowledge of CQC compliance and Care Standards
  • Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead and motivate staff
