Job description

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team for banking day or night duty. Delivering personal care and clinical support.

Responsibilities
  • Safe administration of medication.Delivering personal care and clinical support.
  • Wound care and monitoring residents conditions.Documentation, Repositioning, mobility needs.
  • Completing nightly rounds and ensuring resident safety.Supervision of staff.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be live on the NMC Register.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience preferred but not essential, support and training will be provided.
  • Good IT skills for care planning and documentation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and DOLS Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Skilled in end-of-life palliative care.
  • Confidence in handling medical emergencies.
  • Experience in care planning.
