As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. Your focus will be to ensure high standards of care for residents, including undertaking nursing tasks, managing chronic medical conditions, advising families and GPs, and effectively supervising the care team.
