We are looking for an RNLD Nurse to join a specialist service in Southampton supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Responsibilities:

Support residents with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviours.

Provide health assessments and administer treatments.

Work in partnership with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements:

NMC registration (RNLD).

Experience in learning disability nursing or similar environments.
